Another year of activity – of Radioatividade – of mala voadora in the schools of the municipality of Santiago do Cacém is coming to an end. It’s already the fourth year! For this finale of the Radioatividade project, the students were asked to consider the 10 radio plays they had listened to during the school year. Each group is now recreating one of these stories, reinventing it and giving it a new lease of life. The challenge was to take ownership of the words, play with them, take them apart and rebuild them, now using their own bodies: gestures, voices, sounds and movement. More than a simple representation, these performances will be a moment of sharing between classes, a celebration of the creative process experienced together. We’ll have a stage full of ideas, where sound meets the body, and words gain rhythm.
