José Capela, co-founder and artistic co-director of mala voadora, is responsible for the official portuguese representation at Prague Quadriennal 2019 (PQ2019), which runs from June 6th to 16th. He conceived, for Countries exhibition, an installation entitled Windows, that illustrates what his work has been, specifically referring to representation mechanisms. The installation integrates the W : JC + JCD catalog, with photographic work by José Carlos Duarte. In addition to the official inauguration on the June 6th, there will be an event on June 10th at Studio Hrdino, in which the catalog's launch will be accompanied by the performance As Metamorfoses de Ovídio (Ovid's Metamorphoses), by Jorge Andrade.
