Dois por Dois - Mont de Dutor
Jorge Dutor studied at RESAD, Madrid, he's a set designer and a performer. Guillem is a coreographer, a dancer and a performer. Their artistic interests revolve around language, voice's materialization, body and semiotics, musicality and rhythm. They work together since 2008, in projects they presented in various contexts, partnerships with other artistas and presentations around all Europe.
In residence at mala voadora, Mont de Dutor will plan and build future projects, take part in mala voadora's work processes, namely in the construction of the show Fausto and work on an adaptation of their show #LosMicrófonos.
The residency is supported by the Municipality of Porto and is part of DOIS POR DOIS, mala voadora's international residency programme launched in 2017. The selection of the artists is made anually by mala voadora together with its partners organizations for 2017-2018: Forest Fringe (UK), Festival Alkantara (PT) and Hablar en Arte (ES), these organizations were invited to help us to work in a broaden international context, from mala voadora's two upstairs studios at Rua do Almada, in Porto.
