Portugal enters the European Union; the elections are being disputed between Mário Soares, “the cool guy”, and Freitas do Amaral. Eating crows seemed a lesser evil in favour of a radical change in the country and, soon, in the whole world. 

In Brazil, a year after Sarney gained power, things were being prepared to what would be the 1989 elections which took Fernando Collor de Mello to Brasília. 

From a mutual interview, Alexandre Dal Farra and Patrícia Portela will split the text and the scene and will explore a certain idea of going back to 1986. Looking forward to reading together their common pasts and asking and answering about what specificity do they have, the artists rehearse a structure for their new transatlantic collaboration.
